Love, Light, and Live‑Music Energy at Thompson’s Point

Photographing a wedding at Thompson’s Point is always an amazing experience. The wide‑open space along the waterfront gives everything room to breathe, and the industrial textures make every backdrop feel bold and modern. Kicking off the party with live music, performed by the Bride & Groomβ€”just enough to give the whole celebration this fun, concert‑night energy that feels so true to the venue.

Every so often, a plane glides overhead, and instead of interrupting the moment, it becomes part of the story. Couples laugh, guests look up, and those little unscripted reactions make for some of my favorite photos. Thompson’s Point has this perfect blend of movement, music, and open sky. It’s lively, a little gritty, and full of characterβ€”exactly the kind of place where real, joyful moments unfold naturally.
